Privacy Policy for Ovii

This privacy policy applies to the Ovii app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Tortuga Labs, LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This Application is a consumer-facing service that allows users to create custom AI actors, style them in scenes, and generate marketing videos using artificial intelligence. It is a commercial product offering subscription plans and individual purchases. Users are permitted to use the app for personal and business purposes but may not redistribute.
Information We Collect
Ovii collects the following information when you use the Application:
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address through Google Authentication. This is used to create and maintain your account.
Payment Information: When you subscribe or make purchases, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.
User-Generated Content: The Application stores the AI actors you create, including the physical characteristics and customization parameters you select. We also store your scene configurations (clothing selections, environments) and the videos generated through the Application.
Usage Data: The Application collects information about how you use the service, which may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- The features and pages of the Application that you access
- The time and date of your visits
- Time spent using the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
- Actor, scene, and video generation activity
How We Use Your Information
Account Management: Your email address is used to create and manage your account, communicate important service updates, and provide customer support.
Service Delivery: The customization parameters you provide (actor characteristics, scene styling, director's notes) are used exclusively to generate your personalized AI videos. Your actors, scenes, and generated videos are stored in your account for your access and reuse.
Payment Processing: Payment information is processed by Stripe to handle subscriptions and individual purchases. We receive confirmation of payment status but do not store your payment details.
Usage Tracking: We monitor usage to enforce subscription limits (number of actors, scenes, and videos), improve the Application, and understand how features are being used.
Communications: The Service Provider may use your email address to contact you from time to time to provide important information, required notices, service updates, and marketing promotions.
Your AI actors, scenes, and videos are private to your account. We do not use your content to train models for other users, do not sell your data to third parties, and do not use your content for any purpose other than providing you with the video generation service.
Data Disclosure
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- With their trusted service providers who work on their behalf (such as Stripe for payment processing), do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it and requesting account deletion. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you maintain an active account and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like us to delete your account data, including your actors, scenes, and generated videos, please contact us at support@ovii.app, and we will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete it from their servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at support@ovii.app so we can take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. Your account data, including actors, scenes, and generated videos, is stored securely and protected using industry-standard security measures.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You may also be notified via email of significant changes.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any updates, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2025-11-18.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended in the future.
